I heard about Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning through CPS. They did a free inspection of our system last year through CPS’s Home Energy Assessment program. Then I decided to join their very reasonably priced membership program. The next visit was done by a very wonderful tech, Izzy! She was very thorough and she explained things well. She did a thorough cleaning and inspection, installed two new capacitors (one inside and one outside), and made a couple of recommendations for down the road. Thanks, Izzy! I feel like I’ve found someone that I can trust!

My neighbor recommended Eagle to us. They were on time, no pressure. Honest and very reasonable in price. I love finding companies that are reliable and trustworthy. Eagle has since helped me on 3 different situations. Yes - I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Eagle Heating and A/C to anyone looking for service and/or equipment. Reported an issue with our A/C system not cooling well. Made the call Friday at 5:00 pm. Surprise, surprise, a human answered my call and a technician was scheduled to arrive at our home the next day, Saturday. I was told the tech would arrive between 10 and 12. At 9:39 I received a text informing me that our tech (Izzy) was on the way. Izzy was careful, professional, informative and friendly. Izzy was respectful of our home (wore booties), friendly and made sure we understood everything before and after she worked on our system. All explanations were accompanied by photographs. There were no hard sell techniques. Options were noted and we were given the opportunity to think about the possibilities without the pressure of making a quick decision. The whole process was stress free and informative.
