Job required permits and I'd been burned before by contractors who treat the permit process as someone else's problem. These folks pulled the permit, prepared for the inspection correctly, and passed on the first visit. No corrections, no callback. That sounds like a baseline but it genuinely isn't — contractors who handle the permitting side this cleanly are a minority. Makes the whole job easier.
