Jon came within days and explained the jobs thoroughly. He explained every part of the process and though the job was running late he stayed to make sure the job was done. He also went above and beyond with putting the washer and dryer back into place for a finished look. Again, even when the job was running late he made sure the job was finished. This was all on a friday afternoon into the evening. He came back on Monday to fix a small leak that was not really fixed by another contractor. He stayed to make sure the heating system fully worked before leaving. Definitely will hire again.

Jon was great while he installed a brand new rheem cooling system. There was a problem with the system cooling my home. Jon tried to fix it a few times, but his equipment was in Texas. Then after a year of him not being able to fix it he stopped responding to my communications. So now I’m stuck with a $5,000 unit that I’m being told has a bad txv. It’s very frustrating when you have a unit that doesn’t work like it should and the person who installed it doesn’t fix his work.

I have no idea if Jon is a good Plumber. He came to my house to do an estimate. Promised to return with a quote but never quoted or did the work. His office was very pleasant and apologetic, however they said he was so busy he couldn't get back to me (this went on for months). Being strung along by Jon and his office caused me to delay my work for a year. I am now looking for another contractor to do the work. To be clear, I never paid him and he didn't steal from me. They were just completely unresponsive.
