From start to finish, the experience was amazing. I was needing a new HVAC unit as soon as possible, especially before the "snowstorm", called them to set up the appointment and the office manager came to my house the very next day. She was so amazing, knowledgeable and personable which I appreciated. She went over my options, which I like that she gave me options and a final price after a discount. The estimate was lower than another estimate I received from another local HVAC company. I had to get financing and that was also very seamless and fast, really 5 minutes or less. The technicians were out the next morning. They arrived on time, were very professional, knowledgeable and really an all-around pleasure. Will, one of the technicians made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. Tyree and Randel worked so hard, working in a very tight space in the attic. Will, Tyree and Randel were great! I'm so glad that I have heat and air now.

James S. is very detailed and hardworking HVAC Technician! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He answered all our questions and took pictures of our concerns and before and after his job. He was here working late last Wednesday before Thanksgiving but we have to have him do additional work today as he found more damaged ducts that the previous technician missed to address. So we decided to get James S. to do the whole ductwork repair and install. He is young but his work ethic is commendable! He is very courteous as well! Yesterday was the 3rd day for James S to finish up the job and I requested for him to have a helper. Duggan gave us Will L to assist. James S training Will produced a clean job. James and Will are respectful, well-mannered, and trustworthy young men and they know their jobs. We are breathing clean air now. Thank you very much James S. and Will L. Thank you Duggan and office personnel (Leanne, Christina, and Jenny too) for giving us skilled techs and trustworthy techs. Happy Holidays 2025.

Problem #2 - Duggan’s did a yearly maintenance on my upstairs unit & 4+ months later I noticed water stains on my upstairs bedroom ceiling. Went up to the attic to find a puddle of water & the condensate drain line disconnected. They initially installed the safety switch on the condensate drain line over a year ago. The technician who did the recent maintenance must have bumped the condensate drain line loose. They should have glued the pipes after installing the safety switch. Called Duggan’s this morning to report the damage, they quoted me a diagnostic fee of $79 & will send someone tomorrow. Not a happy customer at this point. Problem #1 - A new downstairs system was installed late October 2025 for $14.5k. Few weeks later I called to complain about excessive vibration. Technician came & installed a couple rubber grommets to the mounting straps. It helped. Couple months later I called to complain about the excessive vibrations - my heavy & large wood/metal coffee table would vibrate & anything we put on it like coffee mugs. Technician came & discovered an unbalanced fan. A new one was ordered & installed the next day. It eliminated the vibration. Brand new system installed, they didn’t test it or perform a follow up to make sure customer is satisfied.
