We just had our complete HVAC system and water heater replaced today. From start to finish, our experience with Dormanns Heating and Cooling was nothing less than first class. Craig, who came out to give us our evaluation and estimate, was courteous, knowledgeable and had many offers/estimates available for us to view before he even left our house. He advised us on the best choice for us, and the reasons why. After meeting other companies for estimates, our decision to go with Dormann's was pretty easy. On installation day, Joe and his crew that came out were just as good. Every single one of them was kind, courteous and obviously very good at their job. The craftsmanship is second to none, and we were thoroughly walked through everything they had done and our new system was explained to us. We had an issue with an auxiliary part of our system shutting down (nothing to do with Dormann's or their craftsmanship) and literally within an hour of the first call, both Joe and Craig had come out and had the issue fixed. Dormann's gained themselves a new long term customer today, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving forward. Thank you!

Every aspect of the process from reviewing our options with Eric to selecting the proposal of our choice and then scheduling and installation went very smoothly.
