Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning

Our AC was constantly coming on + staying on for long periods of time. When I called I got an appointment quickly. The technician who came out listened so well, found a solution quickly. Measured the temperature reading throughout the house. He maintenanced our unit, changed filters, + suggested a new upgraded thermostat. This is so cool + high tech!! He was so kind, compassionate, + explained everything so well. We are so impressed with this company. We had a different tech come out several years ago + we were completely impressed with him as well! This company provides excellent service + hires the kindest technicians. We are so pleased + would love to work with the tech we had today going forward. I apologize I don’t remember your name but so impressed with your efficient, speedy, kind service! Great Service! Polite and knowledgeable! My guy called before hand and was on time! I’m on a plan they offer. They come out twice a year - once for A/C maintenance for summer, then again to maintain heating for winter. Great price too!

This was the A/C System Maintenance portion of my annual "Super Saver Maintenance Agreement." Gilbert G. was my technician, and was very professional and arrived on time.
