We recently bought a house and the HVAC systems were extremely outdated and we wanted to invert the furnace up into the attic. After having a few companies come out, talk to us, and give us quotes. We decided to go With Direct Air and were not disappointed. Joseph and Scott were wonderful! They were not only very kind. They kept me informed on everything they were doing the entire time! There was also a winter storm coming in the next day. And They worked non stop for 13+ hours to insure that they finished that day! So we wouldn’t have to go without heat! If you are looking for any type of HVAC work to be done, I highly recommend them!!!!

Mini split wasn't heating made a call to Direct Air office which customer service was very helpful and customer serving. They were able to get service scheduled quickly. The technician Eric arrived on time and very knowledgeable with mini split systems and proceeded to diagnose and locate a leak on the system. Eric made the needed repairs and the system is back up and working great. Definitely if any other HVAC repairs are needed I will contact Direct Air.

The team at direct air was wonderful! Lacey in the office took the time and care to ensure everything I booked was correct and appropriate after problems with other companies and Joseph who came to to do the cleaning was incredible. I couldn’t be any happier with every piece of service that was provided and I look forward to being able to book with them in the future if this is the standard their customers receive!
