I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I waited over two weeks for service, only to be told that they wouldn’t assist me due to an outstanding invoice, which I was more than willing to pay. The front desk person claimed to have called me 4 to 5 times, but I never received any calls. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Keeping a customer waiting for such an extended period and then refusing service without proper communication is frustrating and disrespectful.
