Desert Plumbing & Heating

There is really no other choice in the Imperial Valley for air conditioning/heating service. Desert Air Conditioning & Plumbing is very aware of this and takes advantage of every service visit. The annual membership is now at $215.00 offering two service visits a year. Every one of these visits has additional charges and recommended repairs that are never ending even when the A/C unit has been purchased from them and installed by them within a couple of years.

My AC stopped working and Desert Air promptly responded. They sent out Julio who proceeded to thoroughly check out our system. He clearly explained the problem area as well as issues that had potential for break down in the near future. I appreciated how he laid out my options and patiently waited while I processed what would be the best course of action. He completed the repair in the time he had estimated and the AC is working great now. It’s such a relief to have it taken care and all in working order.
