This is a rebuttal to Kevin Haddad As Kevin said, I have known him for 25yrs or more and we have never had any prior issues. In this particular instance though the heater that he tried to return to me was out of the box and had some scratches and minor dents more like dings but the fact of the matter is that this is no longer a new heater and cannot be sold as such. I told Kevin that we would take it back but that I could not issue credit to him until we were able to sell it. Also the heater "because of the condition" would have to be sold at a reduced price. Kevin was very upset at this response and wanted his credit immediately. We are not Home Depot or Costco where we can take product back no matter the condition, we just do not have their buying power.

I am an old customer of Desert and I purchased a 50 gallon Electric water heater , I had to return it without the box but Desert does not want to except the return , and this is my first return on water Heater in the last 25 years The reason not to except the return because they cannot sell it as fast as the other heaters “ Bad excuse “ It does have a minor scratches but not a big dent as they describe it Sorry Desert you don’t have an honest excuse to not except my return

Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful on the products they sell and if they don't got it they get it for you
