Desert in Alaska

Absolutely horrible experience.. waited for the owner mark for a whole month. After he initially came. I called him so many times to have him come out and diag and I even offered to pay a service fee, but nothing. He kept telling me he’s busy and kept giving me appts but he would never show up or reply. He doesn’t care anyways, he doesn’t need any customers because of how busy he is, but for you new people, this is a warning.
