Denver's Best Heating & AC Repair

Great, fast customer service. Our A/C unit wasn’t working on the first hot day of the summer. Denver’s Best sent out a technician the same day. Jimmie, our technician, was super friendly, and early! He quickly figured out that the fix we tried earlier on our own actually worked, and it was user error on our part that was the issue when he showed up. He pushed a lever and the A/C unit worked immediately. He was nice enough to remove the service fee, since we didn’t end up actually needing a fix, and the total visit was maybe 5 minutes. I appreciate Jimmie’s communication, friendliness, and the way he handled our situation. I would recommend Denver’s Best Heating & AC Repair, and especially Jimmie. We will definitely reach out to them for anything we need in the future.

Denver‘s Best plumbing and heating has the best customer service and are reasonably priced. I had three estimates and they were the lowest. The service tech came within an hour and replaced the furnace. We even asked if they could check our AC unit and gave us an estimated price on a new unit, got that replaced the same day as the furnace. They are definitely my go to for new service and maintenance repairs. Give them a call if you have issues with your heating and AC unit.
