I had an outstanding experience with Home Depot North Thornton #1548 and Delta Mechanical Inc., especially with technician Kristian Karimov who handled my water heater installation. I went onto Home Depot’s website, found the water heater I wanted, and submitted the online form to get a full installation quote. Within just a couple of minutes, a representative called me and set everything up for the very next day. Everything was clear, straightforward, and incredibly convenient. Delta Mechanical handled the scheduling and coordination perfectly. There were no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and the entire process was transparent from start to finish. Technician Kristian Karimov arrived right on time at 1 p.m. and immediately got to work. He was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. The entire removal and installation was completed by 2:45 p.m., and the quality of his work was excellent. The installation was clean, organized, and done with real craftsmanship. After finishing, Kristian took the time to walk me through every part of the installation, explained the new components, and made sure I understood everything about the system, including the expansion tank and new lines. Home Depot provided a brand-new water heater manufactured on 10/01/2025, which was great to see and added confidence in the upgrade. Highly impressed and absolutely recommend Home Depot North Thornton #1548, Delta Mechanical Inc., and especially Kristian. This was a true five-star experience.

Best Service Ever! The mechanic Andrew Coleman, showed up exactly when he said he would, was friendly and informative. It was clear that he enjoyed doing his job. Bad, bad and BAD. First I had a new Rheem hot water heater installed about 2 weeks ago by Delta Mechanical-Through HomeDepot. When the City inspector came, he discovered a gas leak. The same technician from Delta (Louis) came the next day and fixed it. About 3 days later, discovered I needed an expansion tank added to my Hot Water heater, Louis came out, installed it, and tonight I noticed its leaking in two places. This is Saturday night- 2-3-2024, just left a Voicemail on their phone. Beware of this business.
