Delta Ice Air & Heat

I called trying to get an shaft mixer part for my ice block maker, and they were not helpful at all. I offered Tracy the model and serial number so they could locate which part I needed, but she said I would have to measure it. She said she could not do anything with the model number which didn’t make sense to me because most companies are able to track down what parts they used for a machine using that identifying info. I asked to speak to the manger, and the phone was given to Amanda. She literally hung up in my face, and wouldn’t even answer the phone when I called back. I have tried to get in contact with the owner of the company who I was told was Chad Bonnet. They said he was not in office, and had no number for the lender of the company. Interesting.

Placed my order, and they were very helpful. Held my equipment for me for awhile, with no trouble. Only complaint was they misquoted the credit card charge. I would've paid cash, had I known it was higher than quoted.
