Hands down these guys are the best! Jose was very professional and knowledgeable! He had no problem explaining things and answering my questions and concerns. He also showed me pictures he took durring his diagnostic inspection. He reviewed the options, prices and benefits of their membership as well. My unit was still under a manufacturer's warranty. They took care of processing the claim and got the part we needed to replace. It was installed and up and running in less than 48 hours from the part being delivered, in the middle of June!!! Now that's service! Kristen was always pleasant and super helpful when I called in. She followed through with questions I had and always called me back to provide updates. Jose was also the one to install the part. He used a temperature reader to confirm that the air coming in was as cool as it should be! Overall, it was a seamless experience every step of the way. Im also impressed by the benefits and discounts included in their membership. I wont be using anyone else for heating/air and plumbing!!! They have definately earned my trust and business.

This was literally the best experience I have ever had when it comes to somebody coming out service my home! GREAT PRICE, GREAT WORK. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!! From my initial phone call and the lady who assisted me in setting up the appointment, to my technician, Justin, I have been blown away by this company is customer service ! I was having an issue with my drain pipe to my washing machine overflowing and flooding my garage and I was able to call in the morning on a Tuesday and get a same day appointment ! The company messaged me a picture of my technician and an approximate arrival window and then I received a phone call and a tracking ability for my technician giving me a 20-minute heads up within the window ... Justin arrived promptly on time and was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond!!! I would rate him 1000 Stars if I could! DeHart is now our plumbing, heating and air company!!! I bought my home 3 months after the previous owner had you guys install a new unit in the summer. When the first rain came the crooked pipe installed going through my ceiling and out roof started leaking. When I called they would not help me and tried to charge me to come look at it. I would highly recommend using a more professional company that does not leave your home in worse shape than they found it. I should have paid and had it fixed right away, now I have a huge water damage bill.
