Degree HVAC

I needed a check up and filter change for our 2 year old system. Getting an appointment was easy, the lady at the office was friendly and competent. Price was 220 dollars for 1 hour, the minimum, which was plenty of time for the job asked, and I agreed. The tech spent 30 min at our house, checked the system ( everything ok ), than told me, he does not have the filter ( we have a regular carrier system ) and has to come back. OK. But after talking to the office, I learned, they would charge another hour ( at 220 dollars ) and the price of the filter ( 150 dollars ), just to change it. I said no, checked online and did it myself. I spent 27 dollars for the filter, and it took me 15 minutes to change it, with absolutely no experience. That's 370 dollars vs 30 ( it's not my fault they did not have a common filter on the truck ). Will lock for somebody else next time ...

They did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time, were very neat and cleaned up after being done with their work. They also made sure we knew how to efficiently operate the heating/AC components. We would definitely use them again.
