So dumb they ran two wires over a coil that melted said wires then had the audacity to tell me they don't cover labor of my repair costs. This company is about as incompetent as they come. Avoid at all cost or you will be out $600+ in repairs. The techs who installed it say this sort of thing is common with them. Looking forward to a class action suit.
