Extremely rude receptionist. I was referred to D'Agostino Mechanical. When I asked for the contact I was referred to receptionist hung up on me. Out of sheer confusion I called back and asked why she did that. Apparently the person I was asking for doesn't come into the office. Instead of communicating that, she hung up in my face. I will be letter my person know to never refer anyone here again. Disgusting behavior that will turn away business. Such a shame.

I have an old coal stove that I couldn't find an oval collar adaptor for, no standard reducer or expander would work to get the oval to round 6 inch stove pipe. I called and talked to Kevin and and after sending some pics and measurements he had a mock up made to check the fit. A week later I had a welded adaptor that fit as perfectly as the mock up. Today my stove is working great keeping us warm and comfy thanks to Kevin and the crew at D'Agonisto.
