I walked in and got greeted by Brandy, amazing professional interaction, she referred me to John in parts. John is older gentleman who looks like 30 year old and has amazing knowledge of parts and ways to help me out with my issue. This establishment is amazing along with very knowledgeable employees who went above and beyond to help me out. Price for parts were amazingly fair and I got verbal instructions on how to fix it. Kudos to management as the mirror of management is seen on employees, well trained, professional conversation and very friendly. These people enjoy to work at this establishment and that tells me everything about management! Thank you CSTK for having and keeping such a good people and having needed parts for my repair!!! John and Brandy you have earned every star on this post!!! Will come back for sure!

These people here are rude and condescending. Technician was friendly. But GOD FORBID you ask anyone in front any questions. Acted like they were totally annoyed with every question i asked. Why do these places hire people who dont know how to act that act like they hate people and their jobs? If they dont want to answer simple questions then quit and go work somewhere thats NOT AROUND PEOPLE! Same at every Thermo King, i SWEAR! AND....they charged my company and didnt even fix the problem. I told em what was wrong. They did a bunch of other work that it didnt need. These people are the dumbest of the dumb or flat out scheisters.

Great hours, fast service, absolutely outrageous on labor rates and book time. When asked if there was anything they could do, says it is what it is. Do not stop here unless you absolutely have to!
