So today my reefer broke down in Harrison, Missouri. I called Thermo King and asked, "Can you help me after hours today?" Because it was Saturday, and I knew most places wouldn't be working. They said, "Okay, we'll charge extra, but we can help you. Can you come to our shop?" I said, "Yeah, I can come there." They said, "Okay, come on over." I drove an hour in the snowstorm to get to their shop. When I got there, they told me, "Sorry, our mechanic didn’t answer the phone. We can’t help right now." I said, "No problem, I’ve got time. I’ll wait." It wasn’t a big deal. When the mechanic finally showed up, they said, "No, we can’t help you at all. You can leave." I said, "But you told me to come here. I drove an hour." They said, "No, we can’t do anything." Later, they said, "Don’t blame us, we didn’t promise anything. Whatever you can figure out, do it on your own. We’ll be open on Monday, you can come back then." It was such a bad experience. I would never recommend anyone to go to their shop or call them for road service if their reefer breaks down. Such a bad experience

This place is amazing, very quick and friendly. I highly recommend you come here for your APU work. If you are pulling a trailer it's easy to drop it on one of the side streets and come in here bobtail they do have trailer parking but it's very limited and tight. They do have a pretty decent driver's lounge and very clean restroom.

UPDATE 5-25-26 The dayshift mechanics I met were completely nice and wonderful people, not sure who the bad apple was but I will change my review to a better one. Thank you for giving me hope. OLD REVIEW - Absolutely rude mechanics. Terrible install quality. Nothing but bad attitudes when I arrived here. Would not recommend. No matter how nice you try to be, these people are unhappy.
