I want to start by saying that before finding Corbett HVAC, I had two large HVAC companies look at my oil tank. Both tried to upcharge me with unnecessary subscription plans or flat-out told me I needed far more work than was actually required—on a house I only purchased six months ago. It felt dishonest and frustrating. Corbett HVAC was a complete breath of fresh air. They were extremely affordable, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was working in a different town at the time, and they went above and beyond by clearly explaining the issue with my oil tank directly to my housesitter—even with a language barrier present. That alone speaks volumes about their patience, professionalism, and communication skills. They were also very accommodating with scheduling, which meant a lot to me since I regularly work 60-hour weeks. They respected my time and made the entire process stress-free. I truly have nothing but good things to say about this team. They are respectful, kind-hearted, and clearly care about doing the right thing for their customers—not upselling or scaring them into unnecessary work. Buying my condo at 28 was the biggest investment I’ve ever made, so when my central air stopped working just five months in, it was incredibly stressful. After calling around and getting several estimates, Corbett stood out immediately. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and offered a very fair price from the moment he walked in. He also walked me through the whole process so I would understand what would be happening. Because my unit required a specific part, there was a bit of a wait, but Kara kept me consistently updated throughout the process so I never felt overlooked. Brian, our tech, promptly came to fix our AC unit. We purchased a new construction home with a unit installed by another company that did poor work. Brian identified and resolved the issue. Additionally, the owner is now determined to address all the problems with the initial installation so we can have everything fixed within our home warranty period.
