I wasn’t having any problems with my heating and air system, but I wanted a service and tune-up just to make sure everything continues to run well. I was able to schedule the service easily and quickly. The technician who came out was courteous and knowledgeable. He also wore shoe covers when coming from the outside unit into the house, which I appreciated. I was very pleased with the service and now have peace of mind knowing the unit is ready for the spring and summer seasons.

The CoolRay Mechanical technician called well in advance as requested, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The technician and office staff were courteous and answered all of my questions. This service required a quote and parts to be ordered. A follow-up review will be made once the repair is completed. The cost for today's visit was $89 which seemed reasonable although no actual repairs were made yet.
