Cool R Us Is an AWESOME company and they did an AWESOME job. Skerdi and Abdul worked so hard to assemble my new AC unit with precision and perfection. They took care not to mess up my floors, they took their time so as not to rush the job and they were very courteous and polite. Before the job was complete Elloi and Victor showed up to offer assistance to make sure they left me with a smooth, running AC. In addition to all of this fine work, I found the price to be fair. Especially compared to the quote I got from another company which was $5000 more… That nearly blew me away. Thank you Coo R Us!

Cool R Us did a phenomenal job replacing my old ductwork (original rigid ductwork from the 70s) and redoing the entire ductwork tie-in to the air handler (before and after pics attached). They came out on a Tuesday with a service tech that diagnosed what was wrong with the system, and then had installers out on Thursday and completely redid the ductwork, added new return vents, and tie-in in a single day. The service tech, Klevis, was very professional and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I’ve had previous HVAC companies come out that tried to upsell me on having both my ductwork and equipment replaced, when the equipment itself doesn’t need to be replaced. Vase and his installer crew were extremely friendly and tidy, they cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. I would strongly recommend going with Cool R Us if you need any HVAC work done, they’re local, won’t try to scare you into a full system replacement, and offer much more reasonable prices than the larger HVAC companies that service the Jacksonville area.

Very pleased with the service I received with cool R us. They are prompt, the service tech was knowledgeable. He came addressed the issues and made the necessary repairs. Would definitely recommend. He said that I needed a part that he have to check and see if they had on hand. Cool R us response back the same day letting me they the part on and could come out the next.
