Had Conditioned Air Solutions come out for the bi-yearly HVAC tune-up. They sent Mr. Ryan Armstead to accomplish the task. Ryan did an amazing job communicating what the task required. During task completion, Ryan noted that the blower motor was quite dirty, but not bad enough to force me to have it cleaned. It was out of scope for the maintenance that I had paid for I chose to have it done while he was already in the unit. The day was late and I expected him to tell me that it would require another visit. Nope, he gave me an acceptable quote and jumped right into the work. I cannot convey how pleased with the outcome, as well as Ryan’s can-do attitude. Thank you.

I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful people at Conditioned Air Solutions who replaced both of our HVAC systems in record time. Russ came out and gave us a really good quote for the units and got the ball rolling on installation day…which was only 2 business days later. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and kept us informed of everything they were doing throughout the entire installation process. We were sent Jake Sheehan, very kind man. Very mindful while he works. He wiped his feet every time he entered the home, even from the garage. He did a final walkthrough to check he didn’t leave any tools behind(and told us so before heading upstairs unannounced). He clearly communicated every step of the repair process and what we could expect next. When quoting us prices for the service he went over every detail of the difference in costs and what differentiates them. We were given time to ask questions after every major discussion. Which never ended the conversation, he would check up frequently to ensure we were still comfortable with the service we received and if we had any further or new questions come to mind. We mentioned having dryer issues and he referred us to some trusted technicians for cleaning out or vent. He stayed around to ensure that the air was getting cooler while he ran some final equipment checks. Very professional service, plenty of jokes and a very personable conversation.
