We had an exceptional experience with Condition Air Inc. from start to finish. Matthew and his crew were professional, on time, and truly listened to everything we wanted done. They were honest and upfront about what was possible, which we really appreciated. We had a pretty unique request—moving our HVAC system out of the crawl space and into the basement—and they handled it without hesitation. Not only did they make it happen, but they went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and to a high standard. The crew did outstanding work, showed great attention to detail, and clearly takes pride in both their company and their customers. It’s hard to find that level of dedication these days. We had squirrels in our attic and crawlspace which tore up and destroyed our ductwork. Likewise, our furnace and air conditioner were over 20 years old so we replaced the entire system including ductwork. Jake and Marcus (installers) and Matt (salesman) were very professional and easy to work with. The fees were reasonable and we would recommend this company to anyone. Great job, thank you!
