Currently two full grown adults (with extensive and detailed renting history) moving from out of state back to our home town and all I did was apply for a studio apartment. We have two dogs and were looking to find a spot that we would lease for only six months while we scope out houses to buy. The woman who answered the phone and called us back was disgustingly unprofessional by giving me attitude and not bothering to ask questions or get to know our situation. They obviously didn't call our previous landlords or job references to get an idea of what kind of applicants we are. Speaking to that woman on the phone gave me all the information I needed to know on how they treat their tenants.

The cost 💲 to apartment space ratio is decent especially for the current market. My property manager has always been understanding and helpful. Maintenance 👨🏻‍🔧 does a good job as well.

Commercial services was able to get me into a one bedroom house for $650.00 a month and a majority of the utilities included. No, it didn’t come with all the fancy bells and whistles but it was perfect for what I needed, super affordable and I still made it cute. I had to call them out twice for issues with my water heater. They responded very quickly and fixed the issue ASAP and even replaced the water heater surprisingly fast. I was truly impressed with how they handled my maintenance requests. I had to end my lease abruptly due to moving states for work. They weren’t thrilled, but I did get a partial refund on my deposit which I wasn’t expecting at all. Wouldn’t recommend to everyone but would rent from CSI again.
