Commercial Refrigeration Services

These guys came out one time to look at some commercial refrigeration units at my store and said they needed the specs and manuals on the devices. I got that for them within a couple days and it has now been over a month. They told me they thought it was a sensor possibly, or potentially the refrigerant that needed replaced. We have been able to figure out from the manufacturer and distributor we got the units from that another customer of theirs has had the same issues and it was in fact refrigerant that needed refilled. Repeated calls to get these guys to come back out and refill the units has been met with resistance, no returned calls, and even their secretary or whomever just answers their phone has just stated we should find someone else. This is very poor business and not at all the way to treat a customer.
