We have had Commercial Kitchen come to our business a few times this year. We have 2 reach in freezers and 1 walk in. We had to call them numerous times about the same problem. I feel like they were just putting bandages on the problems. Some of the problems were finally fixed. They tried to charge us a trip call for each time they came out but after a couple of phone calls I got them to take them off. I told them we are not paying the final bill till they fix one of our freezers. After many, many calls without a manager calling me back we still have an issue with one of our freezers. Two weeks ago we received a letter from an attorney asking for payment. The only positive thing I can say is they were very prompt in coming out. I would warn everyone to stay clear of this company.

Worst driving. Came into my lane and almost ran me off the road. They were driving 96mph for what reason I don’t care. If you can’t even be considerate drivers, I doubt that your customer service is any good
