I had an outstanding experience with Comfort Zone Heating and Air Conditioning. Imagine how frustrating it was when the A/C went out in my elderly mom’s house. I initially tried to fix the problem through my home warranty provider, but I was told that the unit required servicing, which wasn’t covered under the warranty. Remembering the excellent service I received from the company that originally installed the system, I quickly contacted Comfort Zone to schedule a diagnostic appointment. They were able to fit me in promptly. When Donnie arrived, he was exceptionally professional and thorough. He clearly explained the issue and outlined each step needed to fix it. Thanks to Donnie and Comfort Zone, my mom and brother will be able to enjoy a cool, comfortable home again. In a time when great service can be hard to find, it’s reassuring to see that there are still companies and individuals who take pride in delivering quality work. Fast, friendly workers and company. Took great care of my needs. My home never felt this cool before now. I do believe I have found my go to company for all my air conditioning work now. I’ve been using Comfort Zone’s HVAC maintenance for years and I have always had a great experience. They do a great job telling me of any repairs that are or will be needed without upselling or sales pitches. As of last week, it was time to get a new AC.
