His knowledge and clear communication eases the burden of having to deal with A/C emergencies in the middle of summer. This company was able to get my air conditioning up and running during the last week of July, on a Friday night, when no one else in the Birmingham area would come out. My unit went out at the end of July. I called Comfort Technology they came out right away Alan said the compressor was bad. My unit was 25 years old so it was a better choice money and equipment wise to replace. This was at 6:00pm in the evening at 8:00am the next morning he showed back up with a new unit and had it installed by lunch. They did an excellent job on the install. If I or my friends need any refrigeration needs I will refer them to Comfort Technology. They do an awesome job. I can not say enough good things about this company.
