Buyer beware!!! My HVAC was weak, unable to keep up with the heat in July. I have a Homeowners warranty, I called them to put in a service request, and Comfort Pro was called out the next day. I have never heard of this company. They seemed Professional. I was quickly told I needed a new system. I agreed, as I already knew that my unit was 11 years old, and it was underrated for the size of the house. I told them I was looking for a high-efficiency unit. I was offered a quote, and I accepted with hesitation due to the cost; the tech used the tariffs as an excuse. I was told it can be done the same day. That was a surprise. I should have stopped at that point, but I needed Cool air. My house was over 80 degrees as my old system was struggling to keep up. I accepted the offer. Two hours later, a Spanish-speaking gentleman arrived by himself, and another gentleman was on the phone. He was translating for him, asking me to allow him to start, and he would be there shortly. I asked if the tech was capable of starting, and he assured me he was; I should have stopped again at that point. It turns out they sub their installs out. All red flags. He started the removal process and and it took the other guy 3 hours before he arrived, Long story short- they took 11 hours to remove and install a new unit, the next day the unit was still runing as I woke to 65 degrees in the house, the tech had bypassed the thermostat just to get me cool air as he did not know what he was doing to wire the thermostat, it was 11 pm when he completed. I called the office, and they sent another tech out as I had to shut the system down. While I was checking the job, I noticed my laminate flooring was scarred due to the tech not putting any kind of cloth or cover to protect my flooring. I took pictures and showed the tech when he arrived. I received a quote for the repair of my flooring and sent it to the company. I was offered a soft start instead of replacing my flooring. I was livid. I should have been given the soft start due to the unit contacts banging when it turns on, and for the cost I paid for it, I was assured it was quieter than my older unit. I did not accept the offer. I have not, at the time of writing this review, had my flooring repaired. Please beware of my warning. The company has been nothing but trouble from the start.

My tech was Santiago. I called 2-10 warranty to conduct a Tune-up. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I wish more techs were professional as Santiago. We talked about UV lights within my unit. I was wanting to install one since my last check up (clearly the last company failed lol). I did agree to install one. I might just cancel my warranty company and ask for the Gold membership with Comfort pro.

Anthony was exceptional from start to finish! He’s easily one of the best service technicians we’ve had since purchasing our home.
