Water heater installed. Fabulous customer service from Home Depot referral to speaking with Brandon at COMFORT DYNAMICS Brandon ascertained best product and install criteria. Then scheduled an install without delay. Spencer, the technician arrived on time. He removed the 25 year old leaking water heater and installed the new one quickly. The area was thoroughly cleaned. Spencer was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Arrived before notification came through but not a problem. Was polite, neat and very courteous. Did troubleshooting and identified problem. Did not have item to repair 100%. I decided he should reassemble faucet without the troubled item. Now when using faucet sprayer spout still has water coming out. Not a problem. Now have water. 4star because not fix 100%. Work sat and very clean.

I signed up for the "Tune-up" special through Home Depot. I have 3 units. When the tech arrived, all of a sudden 1 unit doesn't work, even though it worked that morning. A second unit needed $300 in repairs which I paid. He scheduled a salesman to come out same day. Now a $25 tune-up got a bid of $10K to "fix" or $12K to replace. I let them know that I would be calling several companies to get estimates. I was told by the salesman to let him know what the other estimates were so that he could be more competitive with the pricing of the quote he gave me. I feel that if he truly wanted to be competitive, he would have given me a better price to begin with knowing that he had wiggle room. How do you tell a potential client, that you can only give a better price to beat a competitor. By the way, your competitor's price was $6.8K. The tech and salesman were very nice, but I don't trust either one after their performance at my home.
