Mike was great! Appreciate the service. EDIT: Turns out my furnace was not repairable and had larger issues. After my furnace went out again, the owner of the company came to my house at 2am to help get it running and address the issue. Wound up doing a full replacement for my furnace and hot water heater. Service was excellent and price was affordable. I would recommend Comfort Crew to all!

Most people when writing a review usually do so to complain about something going wrong. But I am here to talk about how for once, everything went right. Tim and comfort crew are exactly what a maintence person should be. He was helpful, explained the problem in a way I could understand and repaired the HVAC quickly and affordably. Our problem was a faulty HVAC fan motor, and Tim ordered the part the next day and had it fixed shortly after. He also gave some helpful advice about HVAC systems as well. Comfort crew will now be my first and only call when it comes maintenance.

A real estate friend initially recommend this company. This is the second time we called Comfort Crew to help us with an urgent matter. The first was last summer when we had an issue with the AC. Two other companies wanted to charge us several thousand dollars to replace the unit and Comfort Crew came in with a very simple and very affordable solution to the exiting system. The second time was this winter when our furnace suddenly stopped working. The call dispatcher was incredibly nice and competent. She sent two techs that day to explore the problem that was quickly diagnosed and then sent two techs the next day to remedy what ended up being a bird that got stuck and ruined the motor. They showed up on time and were in and out in quickly. We felt very confident in their assessment and the work completed. Will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend.
