Hi!! My name is Sheena Bailey & I am the store manager at Oasis Stop N' Go (Carey, ID) We have utilized your services multiple times at our location which have all been great experiences. I would just like to say your tech Wade that was sent out to fix our open air cooler was nothing short of amazing. He worked really long hours & really, really blew me away. Our cooler was an absolute mess when he got his hands on it. He spent 2 days cleaning it up before he could even try to attempt to fix it. The communication was on point & I knew what was going on every step of the way. Wade just really treated the whole situation like it was something he owned personally. I feel like he went above & beyond his duties to get our cooler up & running as its a big selling point at our location. Our cooler looks brand new, I was shocked to see the before & after. Wade did an amazing job he cleaned the ice machine and made it look brand new. He also made sure all the doors were set correctly and clean I would recommend him to anyone he was very courteous and kind. We all enjoyed talking with him over here at the village of trees and loved how great of a job he did
