Austin came to do a maintenance check on my gas heater and air-conditioning. I was very happy with horrible professional and did a very thorough inspection. He was patient and answered all my questions. I'm very pleased with his work and integrity. Thank you Austin!

Very easy to schedule an appointment, and when last minute unforeseen circumstances interrupted that appointment, easy to reschedule for a time that met my schedule. Tech Hayden was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient, and did excellent job. In the end gave me current statues of my equipment. Highly recommend both he and his company.

UPDATE June 11, 2026: Still no resolution. I emailed their corporate resolution team directly and have received zero response. There are huge implications here, adding up to over $1000 that I feel I was overcharged. Plus just the annoying and offensive approach that was taken, coming here and not just fixing the air conditioning, but upselling me to the point that it cost me over $4000 for a simple air conditioner repair. I've lost complete faith in them. Particularly because it's been three weeks now and they're not even acknowledging that I had a problem with them. The guys were very competent, professional, and customer-focused. They were accommodating and easy to work with. But I was left with the feeling that I was being “upsold” constantly. I never fully understood how the repairs could have been so extensive, and so ridiculously expensive. I denied the offer for the terribly expensive new thermostat. I was then told they would charge me for that, but they would offer me the two switches free of charge, making the total cost of the thermostat under $300, not $950. Instead I was charged for the thermostat AND the switches. Over $4,000. in repairs is unacceptable. Plus, I still don’t know why I am now being charged $15./month and what value that brings me. How do I cancel that fee? I think your business model is not to get guys in to fix the problem well, but requires them to sell as much as possible, making the final overall fee exorbitantly high. This makes me reluctant to use you again. Even though I trust the capability of the technicians, I am afraid I will be overcharged at every future visit. The entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and confusing.
