Clockwork Heating & AC Repair

Clockwork was professional from start to finish. From setting up the appt quickly & working with my job time constraints, to checking and coming early when it was possible, to the excellent customer service of Chad. He got straight to work and was outta here in an hour or so. Figured it out fast and priced it out nicely for me with a membership. I am very happy with the service! And cool! ❄️❄️❄️❄️

Clockwork is the right name for this awesome business! They are quick to respond. They are truly efficient in everything they do. They are the best ever. They operate like clockwork! I had a heat pump stop working year before last. It was the coldest November that I can ever remember in Georgia. A dear friend immediately recommended Clockwork. She has been with them for many years and said they are the best! She was right. The company that I had been using gave me the run around about what the problem was and that I would have to just wait and endure the cold until they could get someone out here. I called Clockwork on Friday evening. They had team members out here on Saturday. They found the problem and had it repaired by Monday afternoon. My other company called a week later to see if I wanted them to come out and that it was time to renew my maintenance agreement with them!! I cannot type my response to them!!! I give Clockwork my highest recommendation. I have been their customer for 6 years and they have consistently provided great service. I had a very old unit that they kept running for long past its time. They have helped me when my heat went out and when my air wasn’t cooling. I was so impressed with them that I purchased a new unit from them and the installation went flawlessly. One thing I’m watchful of when I engage with a company is whether or not they maintain their workforce. They have had the same employees the 6 years that I’ve worked with them.
