I’ve had a great experience with Climaserve Heating & Air, as early as my initial call with Liz, Customer Service Extraordinaire !! Not only was Liz super friendly, she was also super patient! Not only did Liz listen to me whine about lack of A/C, she also promptly got me on the schedule and sent Comfort Advisor, Teddy S., my way. Teddy’s arrival was exactly on time and after thoroughly examining my existing system, Teddy made several honest and knowledgeable recommendations (HVAC replacement) and then patiently sat down with me and explained the various features, equipment options and pricing available. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot!!) and then presented a written and detailed cost estimate for each plan, including finance options. Not once did I feel the high pressure squeeze of a sales pitch. Rather, I felt like I was getting good advice from a trusted friend!! I am confident I am in good hands for all my heating & cooling needs with Climaserve!!
