Don't waste your time and money... They sent a technician to my location he sat in parking lot for over a hour then came in for 10 minutes left a bill for 4 hrs labor said he cleaned my coil. I looked at the video and he absolutely didn't clean anything didn't even take a screwdriver out of his bag. This is now the second time I caught them overbilling me hours. Use anyone else.

I am writing this review with immense disappointment and frustration regarding the abysmal service provided by Survoy's. Our recent encounter with them was nothing short of a nightmare, and it pains me to recount the litany of issues we faced. To begin, the technician assigned to our job arrived on-site and proceeded to sit idly in his van for over an hour. This lack of initiative and professionalism was astounding, and it was only after one of our employees approached him that he begrudgingly emerged. Once he reluctantly assessed the issue, he spent a mere two minutes examining the equipment, replaced a single screw, and presented an invoice that absurdly claimed he had worked for two hours. When I challenged this blatant misrepresentation, the technician displayed shock at being called out and sheepishly revised the invoice to reflect one hour. This was not the first time we encountered such dishonest from Survoy's. On a previous occasion, we received the same excuse when we questioned an inflated invoice. It is clear that this company has a recurring issue with accountability and transparency. I immediately contacted the company to voice my concerns, but instead of a sincere apology or an earnest attempt to rectify the situation, I was met with a barrage of feeble excuses. The representative insisted on giving the technician the benefit of the doubt, claiming he might have been inspecting parts. This hollow defense was contradicted by our employee, who witnessed the technician leisurely scrolling through social media during the purported two-hour service. Furthermore, I felt compelled to remind the company that we have comprehensive video footage of the entire episode, providing irrefutable evidence of the technician's lack of diligence. Despite offering to share this evidence, I was met with further resistance and was told that the owner would personally address the matter. One week later, having heard nothing, I contacted Survoy's again. It has now been a month, and the only communication we have received is an email demanding payment. This utter lack of follow-up and accountability is beyond unprofessional. In a final, audacious act, when I raised our concerns once more, the response was dismissive and callous. The representative informed us that we were already receiving the "lowest rate possible" and essentially brushed aside our legitimate grievances, emphasizing that they had fixed the ice machine and insisting on immediate payment. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of ethics, and absence of accountability exhibited by Survoy's is profoundly disheartening. I implore anyone considering their services to think twice and explore more reliable and reputable alternatives. Our experience with this company has been a testament to their disregard for their customers and a stark reminder of the importance of holding service providers to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Called in and had them come out to service our walkin cooler. They came out right away, which was great. Asked how much it would cost before he started the technician said $375. After he fixed it he told us that the total is $550. We paid the invoice. Called their customer service and she basically said she couldn't do anything and that was it. Would not recommend anyone to use this company.
