Scummy practices. Called them for ice machine, and they sent Evan, who spent 2 hours doing nothing, provided the completely wrong diagnosis, then billed us $365 for nothing fixed, and nothing diagnosed. We know it was wrong diagnosis because he suggested we replace a part for $800 that has nothing to do with the problem, and when we called the manufacturer they were able to point us to the correct broken part within 5 minutes. Questionable if this guy was qualified or even looked. Yet when we disputed it and offered to pay just the charge for showing up, they gave us the "pay it in full or deal with debt collectors". We'd rather put it behind us and never use them again, so we paid up. This is after they billed us double the hours for a separate "diagnosis" job, 10 hours total, when it resulted in absolutely no fix and they sent 2 people to do a one person job. Stay way from them if you are in the commercial space. Absolutely scummy. Update: Received an email threat from the owner, Paul, claiming libel, so that'll give you a good idea of how they run their company.

please read other user review. This is a scam company. They said their service covered by manufacturer repeatedly, but will charge customer $430 (for doing nothing) as the manufacturer denied their request. Avoid at all cost
