The fireplace install looks great. The crew was on-time. They maintained attention to detail and offered things to consider that improved the appearance of the finished work. Everything was reviewed and explained. The worksite was cleaned up at the end, the old unit removed. A Technician stopped by to ensure everything was working properly . A very good experience. Knowledgeable technicians arrived at our house, diagnosed our issue, and explained everything very well. Importantly, they came during the window of time they told us they would arrive. As a follow-up, we had CK replace our fireplace insert. They did so in a clean and efficient manner. As well, they took the time to explain all of the new fireplace functions carefully.
