Really grateful for Mitch for helping us in a short amount of time when it seemed like all hope was lost. The long and short of it is our heater broke and we needed to replace a part that was nearly impossible to find elsewhere. Everywhere else we called either didn’t have it, was overpriced or would be a 30+ day wait. We knew that was an impossibility for our family with the harsh temperatures as of late and upcoming. Mitch pulled through and ordered us a replacement universal part for a very competitive price. Day of. Really greatly customer service, professionalism and great response time and turn around time.
