I purchased my townhome last year. I had Christian Mech owner, Mr. Christian service my ac a few times and was happy. Wrote a glowing review. The last two interactions weren’t great, especially this last on 10 Feb, which were with his techs and he was not present. My thermostat sent a notification that it was time for service. I called and relayed this to Mr. Christian. The tech arrived and i told him that my outside water was winterized and had issues where a plumber was coming the next day. If he needed water, I can cancel and he come back. He said no, he can work around it. Long story short although he asked a second and third time about the outside spigots, and I stated they were winterized and had issues, he turned on the water for the irrigation system which is located next to the water spigot. Additionally, Before he started I asked for cost, he said he didn’t know until he created the ticket. I didn’t think it would be more than a hundred let alone two hundred, at the end dude said over $300. I called Mr. Christian and he said it was $285. Still crazy high and this is the second time his tech attempted to overcharge me. Mr. Christian said the tech REPLACED the coils and I said I don’t think so cause he said he would CLEAN the coils. Also one complaint was the noises the system was making. After the tech’s visit, it’s louder than it was before the service. Mr. Christian cloaks himself in religion but he failed in being honorable these last two days. I was going to contract his firm to install a $7k+ AC system in the attic this spring but no longer. I would not recommend this company.

While I’ve not experienced their contractual work, I did see one of their drivers on US-50 and think it speaks volumes to the lack of professionalism, as stated by numerous reviewers already. This driver wasn’t looking at the road at all, instead staring at his phone the whole time. He was holding up traffic at points, tailgating people at other times, and repeatedly cutting off other drivers. After he cut me off, I honked my horn at him. For the next 10 miles, he continued to stare at me through his window, flipping me off, and shouting at me.

Contractor damaged personal property and verbally assumed responsibility. After multiple emails, a visit to to home to take pictures of the damaged property, still no response. This contractor is also a subcontractor for Sears home warranty which is also a shame. Attempted repairs since July, and still no completed repair. Added noncovered expenses to inflate repair cost, plus contractors to resize wall. Hired outstanding gentleman, also located in Ward 8, who installed the identical Carrier unit without wall restructuring for less than my noncovered cost and completed the job in 3 days!!! Outstanding!!
