Chiller Systems Service

Terrible communication and scheduling. Mostly great techs - when they perform the PM work. We had an agreement for 4 preventative maintenance visits a year. In the past year, they came out for one PM. I just terminated our contract, but it is still stretching out over months because the work is still not completed. To top it all off, they tried to bill us for all four visits because "that part is automated". So they will gladly ask for your money, but actually scheduling and performing the work, maybe not. If it weren't for the techs they would get 1 star.

Good luck with these people! After 3/4 broken promises to have a tech come and service our chiller over a months period of time (By Rebecca) . We were told by the manager that they are basically booked for the year and don't need new customers! This information would have been very useful if offered upfront rather that after we waited over a month for the promised tech to show up.

Check their work. Preventative maintenance “performed” on AC units. I do not think they expected me to climb on the roof to review after receiving a completion report. No cleaning had been done and filters were not changed as reported.
