Our A/C went out on Sunday. I called Childress Heating and Cooling on Monday. Someone was sent out Monday morning. We got the estimate for a new heating and cooling system, made the decision to replace the old dinosaur that we had, and the new unit was installed on Tuesday! This service cannot be beat! Plus, the installation crew was outstanding. Juan, Jason and Felipe are very courteous and professional with good communication skills and explanation about what they were doing, resulting in a super neat installation. It looks like the unit was custom fit into the space where the old one sat. My wife and I could not be more pleased! Thanks to each member of the Childress team who made this decision a very easy one to make!

Bryant was my technician. He did excellent work. He came out and tried to replace a part on my heat pump but the weather got so bad he had to wait til the next morning to complete it.I had cold air again by 9:30 the next day. He was very friendly and helpful and respectful. I would definitely call Childress Heating and Cooling again. Thank you for a job well done.
