If i could give 0 stars i would. Impossible to get ahold of anyone there. I need parts but it only gives an option to leave a voicemail on a full mailbox orcan leave one with sales. Multiple voicemails and contact emails for over a week with no response. I do not recommend butinf since there is absolutely no support for the equipment.

Just ordered a three-door fridge for 3400 it took them 2 weeks to deliver and just left it in front of my business on a crate which I had spent the whole day trying to get out by myself and had to go buy a saw. Then by time I got it in my tenants said that the refrigerator did not work and the off and on switch was damaged and the refrigerator did not come on. I've reached out to them about 3 or 4 times and still no response. No I have to call someone to fix my brand new refrigerator that I'm still paying on because I need it for my business right now. Also had scratches.. the damage was not from me it was very easy to take off the crate on top it was the bottom of my head a hard time with as the wheels were stuck between the pallet.

Ordered a 3 door cooler. Arrived with a damaged door. Driver took pics, I took pics and emailed them to the company. Agreed to keep the cooler if I could receive a discount. Shipper said have chefaaa send them an invoice with the price so they could proceed with a claim. Six weeks and several phone calls and emails later-no response. Given the run around on the phone EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Shipper claims they can’t move forward without the invoice- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Update!!! After posting this review the company wanted me to take it down for $100. That’s dirty business. Still no invoice
