I had originally called them out to repair my air conditioner, which was about 18 years old. During the service call, they also provided a quote to replace both the AC unit and my 32-year-old furnace. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a new system, but I appreciated that they took the time to explain my options. What really stood out was that they agreed to apply the cost of the repair toward the purchase of a new HVAC system if I decided to move forward. That made the decision much easier. The installation process was excellent—clean, professional, and completed quickly. They also included a new digital thermostat as part of the installation. After two weeks of hot weather, the new system has been performing flawlessly and keeping the house comfortable. I’m very pleased with the overall experience, including the pricing, customer service, and quality of the installation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repair or replacement.

Amazing service! Our AC went out right before a heat wave and Chris’ team was so fast in replacing our AC and furnace. In and out in less than a day. Amazing customer service, amazing staff, would recommend Chase to anyone who needs quality work!

We did some research, got some quotes, and then decided that Chase HVAC was the direction to go. We replaced our hot water heating system (w/o any AC) with a new 2 stage high efficiency furnace and central AC system. What a difference. Chris and his crew know their craft. He and at least 2 of the other men have decades of experience (each) behind them. I watched and was impressed. Everything works perfectly and we plan on purchasing the monthly service agreement going forward. That pile of pipe is what used to supply the hot water to our radiators. I did that myself. Anyway, a big thanks to Chris, Nikki, and the team for a great experience.
