Chase Inc. Heating, Air, and Plumbing

I've been a customer of Chase's for over a decade, spanning from full HVAC system installs and maintenance to plumbing. They have always done a great job with clear up front and very reasonable pricing. Nick and the office team are always friendly, take the time to talk you through services/recommendations/questions, and are extremely accommodating. I had them out this morning to install a new dishwasher and faucet, which Robert and Ruy did a fantastic job on. They were polite, friendly, knowledgable, and paid significant attention to detail. Made sure everything was dry, aligned, leveled, and operating properly. When it comes to water, I’m overly cautious, so a few hours later I was double checking for leaks and noticed the ancient gate valve for the dishwasher supply line had a tiny seep. Not surprising given it hadn't been exercised in decades. I rang Chase to ask for guidance and without hesitation the front office offered to have someone stop by. Just half an hour later two more friendly technicians arrive (Jake and Caleb), quickly assess I’m not crazy, at least in regard to identifying leaks, and made short work of eliminating the valve dripping. They went truly above and beyond and I appreciate it. Big thank you to the Chase team!

I asked Chase Inc. for an estimate for 2 simple repairs. Beforehand I guesstimated about $350 tops for both combined. I was astounded by the estimates I received. The 2 estimates for the work (for new parts I did not need) totaled $2000+ to $3500+!!! Unbelievable! I hired another plumber who repaired everything perfectly in less than 1 hour and charged us $644. Never will I contact you again Chase. Never again. Avoid and beware.

This is the best heating, air and plumbing company you can contract. They have been amazing since we had our unit installed. Everything they can cover under warranty- they do. They go above and beyond to help us out as homeowners. I definitely recommend regular maintenance- not expensive and saves you in the long run. Joe, Greg, Carl- all great techs. The lady at the front desk is super friendly and always willing to make appointments around our work schedule. 100% recommend!
