CES Commercial Equipment Services

Not impressed by their services. Heard from other reputable & well respected businesses that CES has issues communicating back to their clients. This is very concerning to me. The company should refund their client's if they haven't been consistent with their service. Also, I truly hope the Red Bean cafe gets their refund that is deserved! It's common sense in the business world...

Super bummed. Scheduled an appointment for AC repair on my Kona Ice vehicle and they No called, No showed and didn't respond to voicemails. I'm desparate to get the freezers fixed so I can be up and running. It's funny though, I spoke w the Mgr Tom about people not doing what they said they were going to do when I booked the appointment. They can now join that list of people.

The owner is unprofessional and flaky. I had scheduled service and they no called and no showed multiple times and then began ignoring my calls and e-mails. This company made me sign a contract and prepay $2,000.00 for a year of service. They came out the first time but not the second. They owe me $1000.00. Another business owner said she had the same experience with them and took them to small claims court. Ben is extremely unprofessional and rude and responds with aggressive emails because all he cares about are bad reviews. Won’t respond to a service call though. Beware of this unscrupulous company.
