Asked if anything was wrong when they were looking at our unit if we were low on refrigerant or anything they said no everything is running fine, cleaned our unit and told us to change our filters and basically left. Had a different HVAC team come by a couple days later bc our unit was in fact not running fine and they saw quick that we had basically no refrigerant, looked for a leak and found it in the evaporator coil in the attic.
