CEI Electrical & Mechanical

First the quality for the work was terrible, the tech left all the screws out when he put the cooler back together. They charged me 2400.00 dollars to replace 2 cooling fans. I have no issue on the labor if the work was done correctly. The kicker is that they charged me 1200.00 dollars for 2 cooling fans that I found out today are 90 dollars each. That is like a 600% price increase. I needed help fixing my cooler and what I received was getting taken for a ride. I would not recommend CEI. I need a call from the owner.

I am so happy I contacted CEI after being referred from a friend. I called CEI after a disaster of a flood in lower level & basement of my home. To my surprise, I didn’t expect such a quick response to come to my house to fix. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of CEI and the perfect work from Francesco; he was so sweet and fixed every mess perfectly… he even made my house smell better than it did before he got here by actually cleaning the areas he worked in. I also learned CEI are professionals at many other things than plumbing, like electrical, construction… you name it. I’m impressed! I would highly recommend CEI… hoping I don’t have another disaster, but if I do, CEI is who I will have do all work for me in the future! Thank you!!!!

On a Sunday (closed work day) non owner double parked the COMPANY truck in handicap spot. At a dispo non the less. They had spots for trucks. Laughed in my disabled wife’s face, cig in his face blowing smoke at us. His license plate number is BE6E1K, The license plate is this is crucially want to know he was in Two compact spots when there were five oversized spots available on the side of the building. Not sure this will go anywhere but help it helps the few others that have tried to notify this company so the better Business Bureau should be made aware since this has been going on for at least three years
